What is Orange Leap?

Orange Leap is a unique on-demand, web-based constituent and donation management solution for today’s nonprofits.  No longer do you need to rely on individuals to remember your processes, Orange Leap will do the work!  With an intuitive, simplistic approach to even the most complicated tasks – it’s easy to get up and running quickly.

What is Service Desk (JIRA)?

Service Desk is the tool we use to track bugs, feature requests and other issues around all the products. Anyone who registers can report issues and track the outcome. Discover a bug? Have a feature or enhancement you’d like to see? This is your place to submit it. While some features will be worked on by Orange Leap, others will be handled by the community. Either way, we can track everything right here. Basically, this is the heart and soul of how issues are managed around all the products. You do have to sign up for access first.

What is the Knowledgebase (Confluence)?

The knowledge base is a community wiki (powered by Confluence) where you can find product documentation, best practices, boosts (extensions to the software developed by the community), current community projects and much more. For clients who pay for support, you have special access to training videos, support insights and more. As part of the community, you can comment on things, add your own innovations and be part of a living area of expertise we all contribute to and benefit from.
